Cancellation Policy
May I ask that all cancellations are made 48 hours prior to any booking. If cancellations are of short notice I reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment(s) booked. Any cancellations made less than 48hrs, 100% payment of treatment(s) is required.
Please note that this cancellation policy also applies to any amendments made to your booked treatments, as specific time slots are allocated to ensure adequate time for your services.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Salon etiquette
Food and Drink: We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing food into the salon. However, you are welcome to bring your own beverage.
Children and Male Grooming: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate young children in the salon due to insurance requirements. Additionally, we no longer offer male grooming services.
Please keep non urgent phone calls and messaging to a minimum as it can cause issues with your nails drying correctly. We will not be liable for any issues after leaving the salon should you be using your mobile phone whilst having any nail services carried out.
Deposit procedure
For appointments valued at £80 or more, a non refundable deposit of 25% is required. For special occasion, block bookings such as: weddings, hen parties, birthdays etc, I shall require a 50% payment two weeks prior to your booking to secure your booking.
Deposits can be paid by card, cash, or bank transfer. While deposits are non-refundable, they can be transferred to another appointment provided the salon's cancellation policy is adhered to.
Payment methods
I accept card (over £25), cash and direct transfers to my account. Unfortunately I no longer accept Amex or cheque payments. For transfers, I ask that these are made prior to your arrival for your appointment or before you leave.
Gift vouchers and loyalty cards
Please make sure you bring these with you to your appointment. Gift vouchers are valid 6 months from date of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on gift vouchers or loyalty cards.
